The design challenge
Replace a 1950’s 3-Bedroom Ranch with an Energy Star 2 rated 10-room Colonial Revival with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bath, and laundry.

Nestled in the Thoreau school neighborhood district of West Concord, MA. this new construction features a river view from the patio and private garden. Historical details abound with Shaker style cabinetry and built-ins throughout, a free-standing soaking tub in the master bath, crown moldings and a coffered ceiling in the formal dining room and a curved stair gallery connecting three floors.
